Privacy

This site has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask you for personal information to read it.

Two things are collected automatically:

• Analytics. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record how pages are used — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser, and how you arrived. Clarity also records anonymised interaction such as scrolling and clicks.
• Server logs. Our host records standard request data, including IP address, for security and reliability.

If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to put in that email.

To understand which writing is read and to keep the site working. We do not sell this data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not build profiles for marketing.

The analytics tools above set cookies. Nothing on this site requires them — blocking or clearing them does not affect anything you can read here.

Google (Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity) and our hosting provider process this data on our behalf, under their own terms. Data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States.

Analytics data is retained under the providers' default retention. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to deal with it, and then deleted.

If you are in the UK, EU or another region with equivalent law, you may ask what we hold about you and request correction or deletion, object to processing, or complain to your data protection authority. Write to contact@veloraailabs.com and we will respond.

You can opt out of analytics entirely with a browser setting or extension that blocks these scripts.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
